Elan Pratzer on beta testing hiring software that will identify Leadership Readiness of executives to perform successfully at the highest levels

The biggest selling point of AI-based hiring software is its supposed elimination of human prejudices like racism, a preference to one set of qualifications over another, perhaps even lapses in attention by a tired HR manager reading yet another resume.

Critics argue AI is only as good as the data it is fed, and that AI has great potential to simply perpetuate the biases fed to it by programmers.

Elan Pratzer, founder of System-3 and a veteran of the executive search sector, is very aware of that criticism.
