System-3 is a predictive SaaS-based simulation tool that accurately assesses a person’s readiness for the Executive-suite Leadership and Board Membership. It removes human bias and refocuses hiring on senior level leadership competencies without overweighting experience – resulting in a larger, more qualified and more diverse candidate set.
Users will experience two days in the life of an executive leader and  – Talent Assessment individuals will be asked to make tough decisions in challenging and complex circumstances.
First person interactive video allows you to put your candidate at the center of a series of complex, realistic scenarios for a more accurate prediction and engaging experience.
