Reporting to the COO, the Marketing Lead will build System-3’s marketing foundation from the ground up and drive brand awareness in support of our 2026 go-to-market strategy.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for a self-starter who thrives in early-stage environments, balances strategy with execution, and is comfortable operating with ambiguity and rapid iteration. The ideal candidate will have

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in HR tech or HR-related professional services

• Proven experience enhancing the marketing function in an early-stage environment

• Strong writing and storytelling skills across formats

• Strength in creating sales enablement materials that support deal closure

• Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and decision-making

• Able user of marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, CMS platforms)

• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working with minimal oversight

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with channel or partner marketing programs

• Background in HR, talent, or leadership development

• Familiarity with executive search or professional services

• Experience with thought leadership and content-driven growth

• Understanding of AI applications in marketing

Responsibilities

Enablement & Sales Support

• Enhance sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies across key verticals (Executive Search, Healthcare, PE)

• Create customer-facing materials that clearly articulate ROI and business value

• Build presentation templates and proposal frameworks

• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

• Support sales with customized materials for priority opportunities

• Partner with channel teams on co-marketing and enablement assets

Content Marketing

• Own System-3’s content calendar and editorial strategy

• Manage the production and publishing of blogs, white papers, and articles to position System-3 as a thought leader

• Craft messaging for different audiences, use cases, and buyer stages

• Develop and refine value propositions by target vertical

• Create email campaigns and nurture sequences

• Build partner-facing communication templates and resources

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Manage System-3’s LinkedIn presence with consistent, high-quality content

• Track engagement and optimize performance

• Test targeted campaigns to build brand awareness

• Manage website updates and content optimization

• Build and maintain prospect and target account lists

• Implement basic marketing automation, tracking, and reporting

• Coordinate with contractors or agencies as needed

• Bring creative campaign ideas that establish market presence
