We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow to the next level.
As the Business Development Manager at System-3, you will be directly responsible for supporting the Head of Sales, in a multifunctional capacity. This role has incredible room for impact and growth. You will play a key role in ensuring the cross-functional teams are organized around key factors like people, processes, technology, and data. You will also collaborate with our Head of Customer Success, CEO and broader team to support internal operations, project management, research, ad-hoc projects, customer relationships, and helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue/sales operations, and project management.
- Experience at an early-stage startup.
- Prior experience as a Team Generalist: Great at adapting to various functions, ensuring implementation of key business needs. Combination of implementation and project management.
- A resourceful, driven and organized approach to their work.
- Sales Support: Translate the Head of Sale's vision into actionable initiatives and support on everyday tasks. Support with enabling all sales activity.

Responsibilities
Business Development
- Lead/support marketing initiatives, including materials, positioning, and social media presence.
- Support with generating content and thought leadership Implement and manage CRM.
- Track pipeline and revenue targets for business growth monitoring.
- Support product demos and client meetings.
- Identifying new business opportunities, partners, and leads.
- Research prospects and business development opportunities.
- Provide support to the Head of Sales in various business development endeavors.
- Support the creation of client proposals, decks and outreach.
Strategy
- Conduct research on new business line opportunities.
- Perform competitive analysis of the market and key competitors.
- Lead analysis and planning activities to shape the company's strategic direction.
- Support development of strategic presentations for clients, prospects, and investors.
- Develop business plans, data analysis and financial modeling.
Customer Success
- Step in as needed to provide support in customer success efforts.
- Support with client presentations and demos.
- Support the head of CS with client presentations creation, research, and strategic initiatives.
- Relationship and account management when applicable.
